DENNIS TAN, CEO and Director. Dennis Tan has extensive executive and management experience in both the mining and technology sectors. Prior to joining Uranium 308 Corp., Mr. Tan served as President of Nex Connectivity Solutions, Inc. A former of manager of operations in China for Magnus Resources International, which has interests in two gold properties in China and four in Africa, he has also served as Manager of Technical Operations and Support for 5G Wireless Communications in Singapore. Mr. Tan played a central role in the early implementation of commercial wireless Internet access networks and has assisted in the design of several wireless network projects, including hotels and convention centers. He has special expertise in testing, debugging and maintaining fully operational network systems. Mr. Tan received a BA in Economics from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver in 1996. In 2001, he earned a post-graduate qualification from the Information Technology Institute of Vancouver.
LIN DONG HONG, Director. Mr. Lin, Chairman of Mongolia Resource Mining Group Limited, has more than 15 years of experience in business in China and Mongolia. He has worked as a commodity trader and held several management and directorial positions, most recently as Executive Director of Artfield Group Limited, a publicly listed company in Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was involved in Bio-Medical Technology in Beijing Houde Research Institute of Beijing Qing Hua University.
ANTHONY TAM, Director. Anthony Tam is an engineer and chartered accountant with more than 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and development, most recently as a consultant to Magnus Resources International. Mr. Tam has special expertise in identifying properties of merit, negotiating joint venture agreements, and conducting initial geological and engineering assessments. Prior to Magnus, he was general manager for Denstone Minerals Ltd., a Canadian company specializing in mineral investment in China, and President and Director of Galactic Resources (China) Ltd. and Can-Pacific Rare Earths & Metal Co. Before undertaking assignments in China, Mr. Tam was the financial controller of E & B Exploration and Mascot Goldmine Ltd. in Vancouver, BC. Mr. Tam received a B.Sc. in Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario (1971) and a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Queen's (1973). In 1978, he became a Chartered Accountant following studies at the University of British Columbia.
CHRISTOPHER S. METCALF, Director. Chris Metcalf is currently the President of Altitude Funds LLC, Vice President of GF Private Equity Group LLC, and a director of Sinobiomed Inc. He has held several senior positions in financial management and investment firms, including Vice President of the Graystone Research Group in Morgan Stanley, Vice President of Private Equity at KMV Capital LLC, and Vice President and Senior Financial Analyst at Charles Schwab's Family Office. Mr. Metcalf has also served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Prudential Securities, and as a Tax Analyst at Wachovia Bank. He holds degrees from the University of Chicago (MBA with Honors), and the University of Virginia (JD and Bachelor of Science in Commerce). He is currently a member of the California and Virginia State Bar Associations.
MARTIN SHEN, Director. Martin Shen is currently Controller and Chief Financial Officer of R. Wales and Son, a private Canadian manufacturer engaged in refurbishing mining equipment parts for local and international mines. A Certified Public Accountant (Colorado) with special expertise in international accounting and taxation, he has held multiple positions in PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ (PCW) Vancouver, Hong Kong and Singapore offices, serving variously as Tax Manager, Senior Accountant and Senior Associate. In addition to holding a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia, Mr. Shen has extensive tax training, including US Intermediate Tax Training (PwC, Tampa, Florida); US Tax Technical Training (PwC, Charleston, South Carolina); and Asia Region Tax Technical Training (Singapore).
DAVID LORGE, Vice-President of Exploration. David Lorge has been a practicing geologist for 28 years and has wide experience in minerals, coal, and geothermal exploration and development with 15 major and 19 junior companies. Major firms have included Newmont Exploration, Ltd., Cominco American, Inc. and Teck Resources, Inc. Mr. Lorge has designed and conducted exploration and development programs in China, the U.S., Canada, Mongolia, Peru, and Ghana and has had multiple successes in discovering, defining and expanding mineralization. He received a B.Sc. degree in Geological Engineering in 1979 from the Missouri School of Mines at the University of Missouri, Rolla. Mr. Lorge is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists and a member of the Society of Mining, Metallurgy, & Exploration.
DR. EARL W. ABBOTT, Director. Dr. Abbott is a geologist with 33 years of experience in the Americas, Africa and Asia and special expertise in uranium exploration. From 1982 to the present, Dr. Abbott has served as a geological consultant managing metallic and industrial mineral projects and exploration programs. He also holds or has held board and senior management positions for a number of different private and public mineral and mining firms. Dr. Abbott earned his Ph.D. and M.A. in Geology from Rice University. He earned his B.A. in Geology from San Jose State College.

DR. SUROD KHURELSUKH, Advisor. Dr. Khurelsuhk currently serves as an advisor to the President of Mongolia, as well as the Director of the Research Institute for Disaster Protection of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) of Mongolia. Fluent in Russian and English, he has taught nuclear physics for more than 20 years, first at the Mongolian State University from 1979 to 1982, then from 1982 to 1989, as a Professor at the Mongolian Technical University. From 1993 to 2000, Dr. Khurelsuhk served as the head of the Division of Nuclear Physics of Moscow University, and from 2000 to 2005, he held the position of Senior Scientist, Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics, Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, Dubina, Russian Federation. His primary field of research is quantum theory of statistical multi-step nuclear reactions and he has published regularly in scientific journals. Dr. Khurelsuhk has also developed special expertise in nuclear materials control and accounting. He received a Ph.D. from Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics, Moscow State University in 1993 and a Sc.D. from the Bogoliutov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics in 2002.
